Areas of expertise:

I have worked in the film industry for over 10 years in various roles with experience across a variety of cinema, film and arts marketing disciplines. She's worked with organisations including Altitude Film Entertainment, BFI, BIFA, Birds' Eye View, eOne, Modern Films, Fox Searchlight, Thunderbird Releasing, Curzon Artificial Eye, Curzon Cinemas & Curzon Home Cinema, National Theatre Live, Tate and iFeatures (a Creative England Film Funding initiative).

My expertise covers film exhibition and distribution, specifically campaign management with a focus on grassroots and outreach marketing. Most recently I have worked with the BFI and Camelot on National Lottery Cinema Day 2019 and Cosmic Cat on their regional outreach campaign for Nae Pasaran.

Jo works with Birds' Eye View on their Reclaim The Frame project, a BFI backed project which aims to bring ever-greater audiences to films by women and to offer a wider perspective of the world by creating audience Influencer networks in selected cities around the UK.

Other highlights include working with Altitude Entertainment on their regional grassroots and outreach campaigns for Loving Vincent, Moonlight, mid90s and Beats as well as with eOne on their regional grassroots campaign for I, Daniel Blake and with Curzon Artificial Eye for 120 BPM and A Fantastic Woman.
