A freelance innovation and business development adviser, trainer and lecturer in creative entrepreneurship, innovation and arts management (including the MA Arts Management at the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama).

I currently work at the University of South Wales as their Incubator Manager having recently opened the Startup Stiwdio at USW's Cardiff's Campus. Between 2010 and 2019 I was a Member of the Arts Council of Wales where I had special responsibility for equalities and diversity for the Arts Council.

I am also a diversity adviser for BECTU Cymru.

Some current consultancy projects include working for all four UK arts councils and the BFI testing whether a UK wide disability arts access card scene should be established.

Past clients include Monmouthshire County Council and Torfaen County Borough Council for both innovation and arts led regeneration programmes. I have undertaken innovation and business development for many cultural organisations including S4C, Butetown History and Arts Centre, TaikaBox and Jukebox Collective.

Previously I was a partner and Director of Creative Enterprise Consulting Ltd, co-founder and Deputy Director of the Global Academy at the University of Wales, the first Wales Manager for NESTA (the National Endowment for Science, Technology and the Arts), and have worked at the Arts Council of Wales as Head of its Arts for All Lottery programmes and Senior Strategic Development officer.

I was also Director of Cardiff and District Multicultural Arts (CADMAD) and a Co-founder of Nofit State Circus.

Most recently I am delighted to have joined the advisory board of Creative Cardiff.
