Edwards Clevedon are looking to recruit a Media Communications Specialist to be based in our Clevedon site.

The purpose of the Media specialist is to support the Brand and Digital Manager in divisional brand marketing communication activities. The role will be reporting to the Semiconductor and Semiconductor Service Brand and Digital Manager.

Main duties:

Under the Guidance of  the brand and digital manager, support the Divisional Comms by

  • Delivering throughputs to agencies, for the development of a variety of collaterals.
  • Creation and deployment of specific graphic and media design collaterals for use in marketing activities such as on the website, at events, new product launches etc.
  • Ensuring the maintenance of the Brand Hub as a resource for all marketing materials.
  • Re-purpose and adapt content/assets and delivery channels where required to effectively reach multiple audience and optimise content value
  • Liaising with regional stakeholders to ensure efficient content flow and work stream.
  • Assisting the overall workflow in Admin tasks and Vendor managing.

You will have the following skills and experience:-

  • Degree in Digital Media, Digital Arts, Arts & Digital industries OR similar.
  • Fluent in English both oral and written.
  • Project manager experience.
  • Broad grounding in visual culture and digital media, including graphic design, website design, digital photography, moving image and special effects.
  • Adobe Creative Suite knowledge ESSENTIAL.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to generally work unsupervised and use personal initiative in progressing own work.
  • A flexible approach, able to cope with a constantly changing environment and priorities, work under pressure and handle variable workloads.
  • A good communicator with the ability to deal with people effectively.
