We’re looking for an energetic Deputy Customer Relations Manager to help us to provide world class customer care at Wales Millennium Centre’s busy Ticket Office.


The role is responsible for managing daily ticketing operations and leading the front-line team as well supporting the Customer Relations Managers in driving project work forward.
