We are looking for an exceptional Digital Project Manager to take a new position at Blue Stag. 

The ideal candidate is hard working with an entrepreneurial spirit, experienced in digital and the ability to champion Blue Stag’s work, culture, and process.

It is essential that the Digital Project Manager be good with both clients and project management. We’re looking for someone who is hands-on, has a strong organisational sensibility and is 100% committed to delivering quality creative ideas and work that stays on-objective and matches our client’s strategic objectives. 

You must feel comfortable working with clients and be able to work collaboratively across our internal teams which span across digital, creative, design and content. 

You must be able to understand project management and ensure that the client deliverables and expectations are not only met, but exceeded. We’re looking for someone that is strategic, creative, detailed and organised to join our team.

Responsibilities

  • Acting as the key contact for clients
  • Planning digital projects from the initial stages through to final delivery
  • Defining a project’s scope and planning the activities necessary to achieve its goals
  • Overseeing the project’s financial budget, notifying stakeholders of key cost and budget implications
  • Forming strong relationships with clients and developing communication channels between the relevant parties
  • Analysing project risks and dealing with changes in the project’s scope
  • Maintaining, managing, and delegating resources effectively
  • Ensuring that the project achieves the quality standards expected
  • Continuously assessing working methods, processes and making recommendations for improvement
  • Stay on top of latest relevant innovations and trends to shape Blue Stag’s digital management process

  • Possess excellent project management skills and share information proactively and efficiently 
  • Be solutions-oriented – focused on recommending solutions, rather than simply raising red flags 
  • Negotiation skills for dealing with stakeholders and getting resources to agree with deadlines
  • People skills, especially the ability to build relationships with stakeholders 
  • Time management skills and strong communication capabilities
  • Basic account management skills, especially the ability to create proposals and quotes
  • Analytical skills to assess and evaluate projects
  • Leadership skills and the ability to work with multiple people and projects simultaneously
