What you’ll do…

You’ll deliver a wide range of learning experiences based on museum collections forthe general public and visiting groups.You’ll work with a wide range of audiences including early years, schools, youngpeople, adults, families, and groups with special needs.You’ll assist with the development of new sessions through sourcing of suitableresources and adapting content to meet the needs of different audiences.What you’ll achieve…• Programmes and activities will be delivered to agreed schedule and quality.• Programmes and activities will be well-structured and engage a wide range ofaudiences.• Resources are organised and used effectively ensuring optimum value isachieved.• The programme is evaluated and improvements are identified andimplemented.• Programmes are well informed and reflect good practice.

  • Assist with departmental administration when necessary.
  • Work within the framework of current learning theory and practice.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of services.
  • Support volunteers and placements as required.
