The Welsh School of Architecture wishes to appoint a full-time, fixed term Lecturer in the area of Design and Computational Methods in Architecture and/or Architectural Construction to provide cover for a staff absence.

This post is primarily a teaching role and the post holder will be expected to undertake a full teaching load, including the development, delivery and evaluation of modules within the undergraduate and postgraduate qualification provision within the School.  This will include leading an architectural design/studio module.  The post holder will supervise students and carry out administrative and academic management duties within the work area as required. The post holder will pursue excellence in teaching inspire others to do the same.

This position is full time (35 hours per week) and is fixed term for 12 months. The post is available from 3 September 2018 until 2 September 2019.

The appointment will be made, dependent on relevant qualifications and experience, within the Grade 6 or Grade 7 scale.

Salary: £32,548 - £38,833 per annum (Grade 6) or £41,212 - £47,722 per annum (Grade 7)
