Social media support officer (part time / pro rata)

We are looking for a part time social media marketing support team member to join our busy fast-paced agency - with the core aim to help us communicate online. We are a vibrant, fast paced friendly team with a growing client base who love making content. You need to be keen to learn, socially-savvy, great with words and strong attention to detail.

Tasks will include:

  • Working with our Digital Marketing Manager to deliver online campaigns and communication via social media channels

  • Compiling reports of online campaigns

  • Contributing to development of social media campaigns

Skills required:

  • Excellent attention to detail

  • Excellent ability to write social media posts and create small media clips (i.e. images / gifs etc)

  • Great grammar and ability to adjust to different tones of voice

  • Good understanding of Google Analytics and social media statistics tools

  • Good experience of Word / Excel (or similar)

  • Experience of social media tools (however, specific training will be provided for our tool of choice)

  • Experience preferred of Slack (but not essential as training will be provided)

Hours per week:

10 - 15 hours per week

Pay:

Subject to experience / paid on a pro-rata basis / paid weekly

Working information:

We are happy to accept applicants who are solely interested in working remotely.

The team member would be expected to join team calls once per week and to liaise with the Digital Marketing Manager during agreed times.

Training for our key programs will be given during an induction and support will be ongoing from our team.

For local applicants, once lockdown rules have been relaxed, you will also have the opportunity to work from the studio should you wish.

NDA agreements would also be expected to be signed.

You will need your own computer - a paid allowance will be provided for work-related use.
