I’m a pastry chef with over 10 years of experience in the hotel industry, specializing in British and French patisserie. I have worked in 5 star hotels in Romania such as Marriott, Howard Johnson, Hilton, and Radisson. I then went and developed further my pastry skills in France at a french bakery called Patisserie et Boulangerie J.L Viennet. In UK I have worked in various 3 rosettes hotels such as Lower Slaughter Manor and Ellenborough Park Hotel and also in a Michelin star hotel called Le Manoir Aux Quat Saison.

Recently i've founded 'Majestic Macarons and Cakes' which is an online British and French Patisserie cake business in Cardiff. I spend all my weekends baking cakes and creating sweet treats. I absolutely love being a pastry chef and creating the cakes that my customers want to have for their special day.
