Areas of expertise:

A competent education professional with NPQH and a respected publicist of papers which includes an article in TES.  I am passionate about the positive impact that creative arts creates for disadvantaged learners. I take ownership of end-to-end fundraising projects which includes researching the source of funds available to submitting bespoke and meaningful bids to demonstrate a return on investment in order to secure funding. Seeking an exciting opportunity from June 2019 to develop my career either in a project management capacity within the creative arts environment to support disadvantaged learners or in a educational environment working effectively in both a strategic and operational capacity. A natural leader, I enjoy working with others to drive forward standards, inspiring others to perform at optimum levels amongst the backdrop of reducing budgets and increased efficiency targets.
