I have a background in dance facilitation, choreography, performance, community development, arts management, training and teaching in educational establishments.

My current main area of work is centred around arts and addiction, arts and mental health with young people and adults, arts in youth settings, arts and health, arts in prison settings, arts and older people, arts and resilience, arts and disability, arts training and development.

I've worked with a number of arts companies, arts organisations , charities and Local authorities over the past 18 years, which include NoFit State Circus, Jasmin Vardimon Dance Company, Earthfall Physical Theatre, Welsh Independent Dance, Arts Council of Wales, Harnisch Lacey Dance Theatre, Dawns Dyfed, Warrington Wolves Foundation, NEW Dance, Cheshire Dance, Fallen Angels Dance Theatre, Cardiff Council, Carmarthenshire County Council, Warrington Borough Council and Wirral Borough Council to name a few.
